At Pecan Valley Resort Water Park 6-9pm

Each team gets two free tickets into the waterpark and resort. Vendors passing out free treats. Food and Adult beverages for sale.

Dresscode is from suits and dresses to some coming right off the trail dirty. Dress up or down as much as you'd like. FREE buffet dinner and drinks.

Susan from Team Danger Zone had a great suggestion! It would be amazing if you could order 1-3 shirts to wear at the vendor show to represent the season and season two. I'm thinking the red white and black ones pop the most but the murdered out shirt is great too!

They will be there to help sell the show and recruit new teams. They finish with rock sports after 6pm Tuesday-Thursday.

Vendor Hours are Thursday-Saturday

2pm-3pm Park your vehicle in the show

3-4pm Set Up

4-6pm Slow hours (enjoy meeting Offroad vendors and enjoy food and adult beverages from the vendors)

6pm-9pm busy hours

7-8pm Glen & Kimberly Arrive to Check-In & Hang out

9-11pm Music Fest Hours

Saturday you cannot move out until after 10:30pm due to foot traffic from the concert. Ideally you move out Sunday morning.

Marketing & Promoting in the Trail Hero X Area of Vendor Show

We’d love for the Season one teams to promote the show and scout for new teams for the next season. Promote yourselves and your brands.

Overnight Camping Locations

Camp High Country will be inside an AC building behind the music fest Main Stage, if weather becomes not idea please contact Brian with HighCountry Unlimited for possible access there for camping.

Covered Outdoor Arena behind Camp High Country/Main Stage will also act as a back up location for overnight camping for Trail Hero X teams if needed. Joey from our staff will be camping in there and can assist with getting you in there if needed.

Inside your Vendor Space at the Fairgrounds - You have the option of camping in the vendor show as well. The music fest ends at 11:30pm each night.

Jellystone has discounted sights down the road with wifi, access to the water park, and use HERO25 for a 10% discount.

There is camping available for purchase starting at $250 for a Sunday to Sunday primitive spot.

Where do you camp for FREE at trail hero?

Inside your Vendor Space - You have the option of camping in the vendor show as well.

Is displaying A PRIORITY?

Yes, between the hours of 5pm-9pm is important to be in your booth. Ideally you guys look like displays at an overland expo when you activate at the vendor show. We also want you guys talking about the premier of the TV Show and looking out for great options for next year's cast! Send us any and all recommendations that you meet at Trail Hero!

Can we move in and out each day?

You can move in and out between 8AM-2PM each day. NO LATER than 5PM. Ideally before 2PM. And you can leave after 10:30pm each day. There is more information about this topic on this page LINK

How can we help promote the show? Do you have handouts?

We would like you guys talking about the premier of the TV Show (DATE POSTED HERE SOON) and looking out for great options for next year's cast! Send us any and all recommendations that you meet at Trail Hero!

We are working on handouts and hoping to get them in time for the show!

WHAT IS off limits in the booth?

Music is allowed, at a reasonable sound level. We will have music at our vendor show stage and after 7pm at the music fest.
You can hand out your own handouts and marketing materials for your sponsors and businesses
You can bring a tent, chairs, tables, displays, anything that fits in a 20x20 space.
Let us know if you want to have any of the Trail Hero X games in your space and we can have Randal drop them off or coordinate you picking them up/dropping them off.

CAN WE PROMOTE OUR SPONSORS IN THE BOOTH?

Yes you can promote your businesses and sponsors in your booth.
I'm pretty sure your sponsors would send you free items to pass out, feather flags (X bases b/c of parking lot area), banners, tent, etc.
